Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the Ashtanga Yoga workshop with Kino MacGregor on 3-5 September 2027 in Warsaw.

2. What you are booking
A pass admits one named participant to all workshop sessions on the day or days selected at checkout. Available passes cover Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Saturday and Sunday, or the full three-day weekend. Individual classes are not currently sold separately.
All workshops are held in English. Bring your own yoga mat and any props you use. The exact central Warsaw venue and detailed programme will be published on this website when confirmed. The conceptual imagery on the website does not depict the event venue.
Participants practise with awareness of their own health, physical condition and existing injuries, and should adapt or stop exercises when necessary. This does not exclude any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Prices, payment and booking
Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and are the total amounts payable. Electronic ticket delivery is free. The full weekend costs PLN 1,850, or PLN 1,600 with Early Bird until 31 December 2026, 23:59 Warsaw time. A single day costs PLN 700; Saturday and Sunday cost PLN 1,450. The final total, including any accepted discount code, is shown before you place your order.
One order is for one participant. Select your pass, enter your own name and email address, review the order and accept these terms. Placing an order entails an obligation to pay. A confirmed place requires successful payment and confirmation of availability. Simply viewing a pass or placing it in a cart does not reserve a place.
Online payments are handled by Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.). The payment methods available for your purchase are displayed at checkout and by the payment operator.
During payment the system may temporarily hold the places required for your pass. If payment is not completed within the payment window, the hold expires and availability must be checked again. If a late payment cannot be matched to an available place, the Organizer will contact you to arrange a refund rather than issue an invalid ticket.
4. Your electronic ticket
After successful payment confirmation, the website generates a personal ticket automatically. An email containing a link to download the PDF ticket is sent to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours of payment confirmation. There is no postal delivery and no delivery charge. A download link is also shown on the order confirmation page once the ticket is available.
If the message has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact the Organizer, quoting your order number. Bring the PDF on your phone or printed out and be ready to confirm your name. Admission is checked against the valid ticket code and the dates covered by your pass.
5. Cancellations, refunds and ticket transfers
Cancellations made within 14 days from the purchase date receive a 100% refund. Later cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the amount paid. Send your cancellation to the Organizer using the contact details above, with information identifying the booking. This cancellation policy is offered by the Organizer; it does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the Organizer before the event date. Provide the booking reference and the new participant’s name and email. The Organizer replaces the ticket and invalidates the previous ticket code and download link. Forwarding an unchanged ticket does not complete a transfer.
If the event is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Teacher or the Organizer, you receive a 100% refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, without an additional refund charge.
6. Complaints
You may submit a complaint about booking, payment, ticket delivery or the workshop by email or post to the Organizer at the contact details above. Describe the issue and the remedy requested, and provide your contact details and order number if available. A specific complaint form or a paper receipt is not required.
The Organizer will respond within 14 days of receiving a consumer complaint, by email or another durable medium. Statutory consumer remedies remain available independently of the cancellation policy above.
7. Privacy and technical requirements
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy. Booking requires an internet connection, a current web browser and access to the email address you provide. Viewing the ticket requires a PDF viewer.
The terms applicable to a purchase are those accepted when the order is placed. Changes to these terms do not reduce rights arising from an existing booking.
